UW Bothell will have a late start today. Offices and campus buildings will open at 10 a.m. Classes that start earlier than 10 a.m. are suspended due to snow conditions at UW Bothell and Cascadia College. Faculty, staff and students should use their best judgement based on conditions in their area.

Employment Opportunities for Faculty

The Center for University Studies and Programs, (CUSP), which administers the First Year Program at the University of Washington, Bothell seeks qualified candidates to teach courses on a part-time (quarterly) basis.  Areas of expertise include Math, Composition, Economics, Humanities, the Social and Natural Sciences and the Arts.


A terminal degree such as an MFA or Ph.D and experience teaching at the college level is preferred.  Preference will be given to those with a clearly demonstrated capacity for interactive and interdisciplinary teaching.  Candidates with non-terminal degrees will be considered for arts practice and media production courses.
