All commencement participants must have appropriate academic apparel purchased through our apparel vendor. Students are not encouraged to march in apparel obtained elsewhere.
All apparel is provided by Oak Hall and must be ordered via the registration/order form, at this website, between May 1 and May 21. Late registration begins May 22-27. A $25.00 late fee will be applied.

If you already own a gown which you feel meets the criteria, contact the Commencement Office at (425) 352-3663 to set up an appointment to bring your gown in for approval.
Grad Fair
The 2012 Grad Fair will take place Thursday, May 31, and Friday, June 1, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturday, June 2, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Held at the North Creek Events Center, Grad Fair is where graduating students can pick up their commencement apparel and guest tickets. Graduate Barbeque
On Saturday, June 2, from 12:00 noon to 5 p.m., UW Bothell will host a barbecue for the 2012 graduating students at the North Creek Events Center, located on campus. The event includes music, food, games, photos with a husky, and a variety of door prizes. Family members of graduates are welcome to join in the festivities. Click here for a site map.

Apparel Refunds
Refunds for apparel will be granted on cancellations on or before May 22 by completing the Refund Form. Refunds after this date will be reviewed on an individual basis. No refunds will be processed after pick-up begins May 31.
