Are you skilled in a variety of office tasks? Do you pay close attention to detail and take pride in such things as the precise spacing between bullet points?  Do you have flexibility during the work week?  If so, we want to hear from you.
We’re looking for someone who can start right away.
Estimated 20-30 hours/week
Hours may vary and we can’t guarantee the minimum or maximum
Job Description
Most of the work can be done on your own schedule out of your own home. However, you will need to make occasional trips to Renton and Seattle.
Assist with general administrative tasks including but not limited to:
• Managing workshop registration and payments
• Preparing name tags and other registration details
• Data entry
• Managing credit card receipts
• Word processing
• Filing
• Copying
• Creating flyers and quarterly newsletters
• Answering phones and providing customer service 
• You must have your own Washington State Business License. This is a subcontracting position. (Note: This may be obtained after your hire).
• Very detail oriented—the right font, sizes, spacing and organization matter
• Able to work well with a detail oriented employer
• Extensive experienced with Microsoft Office
• Some experience with Google Drive
• Great customer service skills
• Creativity and visual artistic skills a plus
• Unique qualifications we may not have thought of 
We'll be conducting phone interviews with finalists and plan for a quick turn around.
