We not only offer a set of services around custom software/embedded development but also solutions around cloud platform & security, data sciences & engineering, advanced analytics, artificial intelligence and IoT. We work with our clients on design led product engineering endeavors to make sure their software and hardware products meet requirements, as well as guidelines and standards for accessibility, cyber security and compliance. Our newer research & technology initiatives will have bigger role to play at enhancing software capabilities with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. VTeam Labs is an Azure certified Microsoft Partner, working as a supplier for the engineering and development of Open EdX solution on Azure. Our MS competencies and Learning options extend to Data Analytics on SQL, SQL Data Platform, IoT and M/c Learning platform on Azure, MS Cognitive Services and BOT Framework. We currently employ ~25 people and expect to grow to >100 employees by 2018 across 3 locations worldwide. We are hiring an entry-level Business Development/Account Manager. Estimated employee start date would be the first or second week of January. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Manage multiple customers simultaneously through good organization and prioritization skills. Introduction of VTeam Labs to customers through multiple media, including onsite meetings, phone calls and social media. Manage end-to-end sales process including identifying potential customers/prospects, their needs, win and close the opportunity along with ongoing relationship management. Gather customer intelligence and adapt accordingly. Update pipeline and revenue projections. Pipeline visibility, Preparedness, process compliance. Participate in planning and strategy sessions. Qualifications: Self-motivated and driven to succeed Good interpersonal skills Proven history of customer acquisition in any form or factor (incl. fund-raising etc.) and achieving incremental revenue targets Proven initiative with excellent follow-through Proven reliability and consistency Excellent oral and written communication skills Professional in both appearance and in communication Unafraid to approach the fine line between polite persistence and pushiness 0-2 years of Account Management or Solutions Sales environment Good to Have: Experience working with or for Microsoft partners/vendor companies, including an understanding of Microsoft’s eco-system.
