Math Peer Facilitator

Working with Disability Resources for Students [DRS] offers exposure to the workings of a campus resource office that's critical for student success. Student staff interact with other students, faculty and staff to create a seamless and supportive environment for learners with specialized needs. ACT Service Lead Position - Deadline Extended

Achieving Community Transformation (ACT) Leads - These student positions work to promote and aid in creating a campus climate and culture of service-learning and social justice. These students will each plan events, programs, and service projects related to social justice and civic engagement over the academic year. These could include, MLK Programming, Alternative Spring Break, Earth Day, Volunteer Local Fair, Health Fair, Voter Registration, Post Graduate Service Panel, and community benefit fundraisers (such as food, clothing, books), etc.

Being an ACT Service Lead is a commitment for the full academic year, with an average of 10-14 hours per week. Meetings will be held on a weekly basis. Those selected for this position will have extensive training so ACT Service Leads will be prepared to complete their duties and responsibilities successfully.
