Computing and Software Systems Student Assistant

The Office of Research at UW Bothell is looking for a Computing and Software Systems (CSS) student (cybersecurity student preferred) to help with mapping CSS Coursework for reauthorization as a National NSA/DHS Centers of Academic Excellence in Information Assurance and Cyber Defense.  Responsibilities include working in an Excel Workbook using drop down menus to select coursework which aligns to Knowledge Units and Core Requirements.  Textbooks, syllabi, and articles will be provided to look at subject matter a more in depth to ensure it meets the NSA’s requirements.  The student may need to reach out occasionally to Cybersecurity staff for clarification or for more resources.  This job is temporary, 10-19 hours weekly through the end of October (19 hours/week preferred until the fall quarter begins), work schedule is very flexible, compensation is $12 - $14 (depending on experience). Student must be enrolled in Computing and Software Systems program at UW Bothell and have experience using Excel.
