Dr. Freytag's professional experience is in the area of human resource management and development. He served as Manager of Management Development at Frito Lay's national headquarters, and he has headed human resource departments at Penn State's Applied Research Laboratory and ATL Ultrasound of Bothell. Walt teaches courses in several areas including leadership, team processes, motivation and human resource management. Walt's doctorate is in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. He is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the Applied Psychological Society. Walt is active in the community and is Vice President of the Bellevue Entrepreneur Center. He directs the operations of the Business Development Center at UWB and serves as Assistant Director of the Business Program.
