THE CEO MENTALITY™ WORKSHOP
Have you ever wondered what it takes to become a CEO? Have you
personally dreamed of becoming a CEO yourself but just haven’t known
where to start? Would you like to develop a CEO Mentality™ and apply it in every job you will ever have? If so, this workshop is for you!
Becoming and being a CEO isn’t just a matter of chance, family fortune,
politics or personality. Instead it is the result of consciously and thoughtfully
developing the core competencies and key attributes of leadership coupled
with a mindset of success.
The University of Washington School of Business is committed to developing future leaders. In this workshop, nationally recognized CEOs will share their own stories of success, will identify the core skills you need professionally and personally to set your own trajectory for success, and will coach you to fully develop your own CEO Mentality™ as the CEO of your own life.
As a result of participating in this one-day workshop, you will learn:
- How to recognize and apply the core competencies needed to set you on the right trajectory to achieve your dreams in your business endeavors
- What it takes to fully understand an organization, a corporation or a business and how to define your role within it
- Why creatively facing and wisely managing adversity is important to you, to others, and to the entity you lead.
We invite you to join us for this dynamic, engaging, and insightful day of
learning, growing and becoming!
