Vita
Dr. Boss is an assistant professor in the Business Program at the University of Washington Bothell. His research interests focus on leadership, leadership failure, and entrepreneurial resilience.
He received his undergraduate degree in psychology, and a master’s degree in organizational behavior from Brigham Young University. He received his Ph.D. in organizational behavior from the University of Maryland.
His research has appeared in Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Business Ethics, Public Administration Quarterly, Journal of Healthcare Management, Journal of Managerial Psychology, and the International Journal of Public Administration.
He has taught courses in organizational behavior, leadership and decision making, managing teams, entrepreneurship, and strategy.
