Alan D. Boss
Dr. Boss is an assistant professor in the UW Bothell School of Business. His research interests focus on leadership, leadership failure, entrepreneurial resilience, and organizational change.
He received his undergraduate degree in psychology, and a master’s degree in organizational behavior from Brigham Young University. He received his Ph.D. in organizational behavior from the University of Maryland.
His research has appeared in Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Business Ethics, The Journal of Applied Behavioral Science, Public Administration Quarterly, Journal of Healthcare Management, Journal of Managerial Psychology, and the International Journal of Public Administration.
He has taught courses in organizational behavior, leadership and decision making, managing teams, entrepreneurship, and strategy.
