Alan Boss is an acting assistant professor of business at the University of Washington Bothell. His research interests focus on leadership, leadership failure, and entrepreneurial resilience.
He received his undergraduate degree in psychology, and a master’s degree in organizational behavior from Brigham Young University. He will obtain his Ph.D. in organizational behavior from the University of Maryland.
His work has appeared in Public Administration Quarterly, Journal of Healthcare Management, Journal of Managerial Psychology, and the International Journal of Public Administration.
He has taught courses in organizational behavior, entrepreneurship, and strategy.
