Payment

There is a non-refundable $30 fee to register for the test. Please send a check or money order, payable to UW Bothell, to the following address:

Please include your name and the testing session that you have registered for on your check. If you want to pay in cash, pay the UW Bothell cashier in UW1 before the test date and bring the receipt to the Business Office, UW1 Room 381, that day. (Cashier is NOT open on Saturdays). Debit and credit cards are not accepted.

We will e-mail you a receipt and additional information when we receive your $30 payment. If you do not have an e-mail address, the receipt and information will be sent to you by mail. We cannot guarantee your registration if you have not paid in advance.

Disability Accommodations

The staff will be more than happy to assist you. Please be aware that you should be prepared to provide documentation of your disability in order to receive academic or testing accommodations.
