Access Kentico through the CMS admin portal (www.uwb.edu/admin).
When logging in you will be asked for your user name in email format, which is your UWB Access Account, and the password associated with this account.
Note: Your UWBID is not the same as a NetID. This account is only for accessing Kentico.
Before sending a request to change your password, double check that you are using your @uwb.edu account, the "@uwb.edu" is in the username field, and that you are typing the correct corresponding password that is case-sensitive.
If you still cannot login, visit UWB I T in the Library, LB2-218, and bring a photo ID card and have them reset it. Please email them (email@example.com) to schedule a visit to ensure a technician is available.
New account request
UW Bothell Information Technology's Network Operations team creates Access Accounts for new content editors. They require that the supervisor of the potential content editor submit the request to IT, if their job requires them to work on the uwb.edu website. The account creation does not grant access to Kentico right away; new content editors must gain permission from the appropriate Primary Publisher as well as attend a Kentico Training session prior to receiving access. Units and supervisors should plan accordingly.
See the CMS Access request page for information on how to request Kentico CMS editing access.
