UW Trumba is a calendaring system for all campus public events and departmental calendars that has the capabilities for "widgets" to be added to webpages that display the calendar content. Not all units have a calendar so please check prior to requesting access. Visit our calendar page for an overview and training info; info on how to request an account is below.
Trumba Account Request
Send your request to Advancement & External Relations: firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need to include the following information when requesting for a new Trumba account:
- Full name
- Personal UW NetID*
- Your Department, school, college, or unit
* Note: Use of shared UW NetIDs for calendar administration is not allowed. The shared account provides no way of tracing calendar activity to a particular person, which may be warranted in case of an error or misuse.
