Spring Back to Campus

Greetings fellow alumni and friends,

Spring is here and the academic year is drawing to a close, with Commencement less than two months away. The UW Bothell Alumni Council looks forward to welcoming the Class of 2008 who will grow our family of alumni to nearly 8,000.

We have been very active and I'm pleased to say we'll soon be announcing the 2008 Distinguished Alumni Award honoree as well as our first-ever UW Bothell Alumni Scholarship recipient. These are truly exciting times!

We are also eager to welcome you back for several wonderful spring and summer activities. From lectures to spectator sports, there's something for everyone. One of my favorites is the third annual UW Bothell 5K Run-Walk which benefits the UW Bothell Alumni Scholarship Fund and future students.

Of course there are many other ways for our graduates to show their support for UW Bothell:

  • Nominate yourself or fellow alums for a post on the 2008-09 Alumni Council
  • Join one of our growing number of alumni committees or interest groups
  • Share your UW Bothell experiences with others interested in a top-quality education, be it prospective freshman, transfer or graduate student.

Additionally, we are planning a variety of summer activities and networking socials. More details will be posted soon on our alumni Web site.

However you wish to be involved, we look forward to seeing you on campus!
