Giving in Action
The Sarah Simonds Green Conservatory.
The University of Washington Bothell has a beautiful new facility, thanks to a gift from the late Dr. Gordon Charles Green. Named in honor of Charles' mother, the Sarah Simonds Green Conservatory contains a classroom, botanical laboratory and exhibit space. Located at the north end of the campus wetlands, the building serves as a working educational center for UW Bothell. Details

Why We Give
Honoring Kent & Barbara Chaplin
Giving Changed My Life
Receiving this scholarship made me believe I can take chances. Today I hold a leadership position in our student government and have pursued other opportunities because I have gained the courage and confidence to do so. The Alumni Scholarship pays for expenses the Husky Promise doesn’t cover. For me, that’s housing. UW Bothell has done so much for me; I look forward to the day I can give back.Marlene Manzo, Class of 2014
