Major: International Business

How many times did you change your major? Ever since I can remember I wanted to study International Business. A lot of it has to do with the fact that my Dad works for Boeing, and I would see him off at the airport at least once every couple of months as he went off on his business trips. Returning home, he would never fail to bring with him stories of far off lands and small trinkets that represented his host countries. I was intrigued by the idea of cross-cultural communication and how that can influence and shape decisions—in business, in politics and even in relationships.

If you could have one super power what would it be? I know we have modern ways of doing this but it’s different when you’re in a capsule full of 300 other people or when you’re harnessed to a parachute. If I had the ability to fly, I could fly to Greece for free! And avoid rush-hour traffic on 405…
