What type of support do I have access to?
Qualtrics offers a help site entitled Qualtrics University where you can search any question about Qualtrics and receive help from tutorials, webinars, online training, and more. To access Qualtrics University click here.
Qualtrics has a "help and feedback" button at the top right-hand corner of the Qualtrics home screen as shown below:
After clicking this button the following screen will appear:
If you click the "I have a technical question/issue" button you will be directed to the following screen:
Scroll to the bottom of this page and you will find the "I need to file a support ticket" button as shown below:
This will lead you to support options that will allow you to either start a quick chat with Qualtrics support or send an email to specify your issue. These options appear as seen below:
